1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of grocery products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is damaged, expired, or defective

  • You received an incomplete order

Note:
Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery (not due to our fault) are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories cannot be returned:

  • Fresh fruits & vegetables

  • Frozen items

  • Dairy products

  • Meat, fish, eggs

  • Items with broken seals

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or wrong product received)


3. Time Window for Requests

You must report any issue within:

  • 24 hours of delivery for perishable items

  • 48 hours of delivery for packaged goods

Reports made after this period may not be accepted.
